C&M Associates, Inc. has 19 years of U.S. and international traffic and revenue (T&R) analysis experience. C&M has provided T&R services in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Illinois, New Mexico, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, Colorado, Oregon, Washington State, California, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. C&M has performed more than 200 T&R studies for state-wide public clients, toll authorities, and concessionaires, many of which backed debt and/or equity investments. C&M has advised state and national governments with T&R projections and the procurement of Public-Private Partnerships (P3s). Specifically, C&M has provided HPTE, TxDOT, VDOT, FDOT, IDOT and GDOT with advice on the development of P3 projects.
